Returnpolicy

Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 30 days. This withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer, or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur, receives the product.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep it. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the clear and reasonable instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur in writing or by email within 30 days of receiving the product.

After notifying the entrepreneur, the consumer must return the product within 30 days. The consumer must provide proof that the goods were returned in time, for example by means of a shipping receipt or tracking confirmation.

If the consumer fails to notify the entrepreneur or return the product within the stated periods, the purchase remains final.

Article 2 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer.

If the consumer has made a payment, the entrepreneur shall refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification. The refund may be withheld until the returned product has been received or until sufficient proof of full return shipment has been provided.

Article 3 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The entrepreneur may exclude the consumer’s right of withdrawal for products as described below. Exclusion is only valid if clearly stated in the offer or at least before the agreement is concluded.

Exclusion is possible for products:

  • manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications;

  • clearly personal in nature;

  • that by their nature cannot be returned;

  • that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the entrepreneur’s control;

  • single newspapers and magazines;

  • audio and video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken;

  • hygienic products where the seal has been broken.

Exclusion is possible for services:

  • relating to accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure activities to be provided on a specific date or period;

  • where performance has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent before the withdrawal period has expired;

  • relating to betting and lotteries.

Restocking Fee Policy

If a customer decides to return an item, the company may charge a restocking fee. The restocking fee may be up to 15% of the purchase amount and may be deducted from the refund or charged separately.

Returns may be refused or delayed if the returned items are damaged, used beyond what is necessary to assess them, or not returned in their original packaging.

Return Address

In some cases, returned products may need to be shipped to an international warehouse, for example in China. In such cases, return shipping costs are fully borne by the consumer.

To obtain the correct return address, the consumer must contact the entrepreneur in advance. The product must be carefully packaged and shipped using a traceable shipping method.

Upon arrival, the product will be inspected to determine whether it complies with the return conditions. If the conditions are met, the purchase amount will be refunded. Please note that international returns may involve longer processing times depending on logistics and banking procedures.
