Ordering and Delivery

We aim to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Below you will find an explanation of how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Placing an Order

The ordering process on our website has been designed to be as straightforward as possible.

First, go to the product page and add the product you wish to purchase to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

Please make sure you have selected the correct variant (such as size or color). Once everything is correct, click the “Checkout” button.

On the information page, enter your correct shipping details and ensure all information is accurate. Once completed, click “Continue”.

On the delivery page, you can review your address details. You will also see that shipping is free. As a courtesy to our customers, we cover the delivery and shipping costs. You may then proceed by clicking “Continue to Payment”.

In the payment section, you can choose from the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

  • PayPal

All payment methods are SSL secured, ensuring a safe and encrypted payment environment.

After selecting your preferred payment method, click “Complete Order”. You will be redirected to the secure payment environment to finalize your purchase. If you experience any issues during checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All products are delivered to your home free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity.

2. Processing and Shipping Your Order

Once you have found the perfect item on our website, we understand that you want to receive it as soon as possible. We therefore process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

To maintain competitive pricing, we ship products directly from our international warehouse partners. Orders may be processed in bulk before shipment.

Please note that during busy periods or due to global logistics conditions, delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

After placing your order, processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Friday evenings or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery takes on average 7–14 business days.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking code to follow your shipment through our tracking partner.

3. Delivery of Your Order

Once your order has been delivered, you can enjoy your purchase. However, if something is not right, we are here to help.

Incorrect or Damaged Product

If a product is damaged during transportation, we will offer to send a replacement free of charge. If the replacement product is also defective, we will issue a full refund.

Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Lost Package

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will send a replacement before applying our return and refund policy.

Import Duties

In some cases, customs authorities may inspect your package. Customs regulations may require you to pay import duties or taxes depending on your country’s policies. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control.

In most cases, no additional charges apply. However, if you are charged customs duties and have questions, please contact us.

Unclaimed Packages

If a customer fails to collect a package from the designated pickup location and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the order value to cover incurred logistics and handling costs.

If the customer still wishes to receive the product, it can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee.
